* WHAT. Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of west central Florida, including the following county, Hillsborough. * WHEN. Until 600 PM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 403 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Tampa, Temple Terrace, East Lake-Orient Park, Tampa Executive Airport, Thonotosassa, Mango, Seffner, Lettuce Lake Park and Dover. - https://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
