Coastal waters from Jupiter Inlet to Deerfield Beach FL out 20 NM. Waters from Jupiter Inlet to Deerfield Beach FL from 20 to 60 NM. * Until 1115 AM EDT. * At 1026 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from 26 nm east of Palm Beach Shores to 13 nm east of Ocean Ridge, moving east at 25 knots. HAZARD. Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include. Riviera Beach, Ocean Ridge, Palm Beach, Jupiter Inlet, Hypoluxo, Jupiter Inlet Colony, Juno Beach, Gulf Stream, Palm Beach Shores, Highland Beach, South Palm Beach, Manalapan, Briny Breezes, Tequesta, North Palm Beach, Jupiter, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and Deerfield Beach.

In southern Florida, Glades and Hendry. In southwest Florida, Coastal Collier County, Inland Collier County and Mainland Monroe. * WHEN. Through Thursday evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Enhanced tropical moisture will remain pooled across South Florida for much of the work week. Portions of South Florida observed 4-8 inches of rainfall on Tuesday and 3-6 inches of additional rainfall is expected through Thursday evening, with localized accumulations up to 8 inches possible.
