At 1123 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located over Angelfish Key, moving east at 15 knots.

Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Rainfall amounts of 6 to 12 inches with isolated amounts up to 18 inches have fallen over South Florida since Tuesday morning. Additional rainfall amounts of 4 to 8 inches are still forecast to fall over South Florida this evening evening with locally higher amounts over 10 inches possible. Additional amounts in the range of 2-4 inches could also be possible on Friday.
