Until 2 AM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS. Widespread flooding of vulnerable areas will result in an elevated threat of property damage to homes and businesses near the waterfront and shoreline. Water will be 1 to 2 feet above ground level in some areas resulting in a sufficient depth to close numerous roads and threaten homes and businesses. Flooding will extend inland from the waterfront along tidal rivers and bays resulting in some road closures and flooding of vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Water levels slowly trend down through midweek, but additional flooding is still expected into Wednesday.

* WHAT. Up to two and half feet of inundation above ground level in low lying areas due to tidal flooding. * WHERE. Shoreline in Anne Arundel County. * WHEN. Until 4 AM EDT Wednesday, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS. At 3.5 feet, water reaches the floor of the Maritime Museum in Annapolis, begins to cover Bowyer Road on the Naval Academy campus, and numerous businesses on Dock Street are flooded, along with the City Dock parking lot. Bayside Beach begins to flood around Harbor Rd and Lake Dr. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides two to two and a half feet above normal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at 11:09 PM and 10:24 AM.

Until 4 AM EDT Wednesday, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS. At 3.5 feet, flooding is occurring at the end of Thames Street in Baltimore. Water covers the promenade in the Inner Harbor in multiple locations. At 3.0 feet, water begins encroaching upon yards in the Bowleys Quarters area. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides two to two and a half feet above normal. The next high tide at Fort McHenry Baltimore is at 12:19 AM and 12:08 PM.
