* WHAT. Up to one foot of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. * WHERE. Dorchester, Wicomico and Somerset Counties. * WHEN. From 7 AM this morning to 1 AM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS. Shallow flooding is expected in the most vulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline resulting in a low threat of property damage. Expect up to one foot of water above ground level in low lying, vulnerable areas. Some roads and low lying property including parking lots, parks and lawns near the waterfront will experience shallow flooding.

For the Coastal Flood Advisory, up to one half foot of inundation above ground level in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. * WHERE. Delaware Beaches. * WHEN. For the High Rip Current Risk, through Thursday evening. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 11 PM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS. At this level, flooding begins on the most vulnerable roads in coastal and bayside communities, and along inland tidal waterways. Some partial or full road closures are possible. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. The Coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect through Thursday evening's high tide cycle for mainly tidal flooding in Little Assawoman Bay, the Indian River Inlet and other back bays.
