Water covers the promenade in the Inner Harbor in multiple locations. At 3.0 feet, water begins encroaching upon yards in the Bowleys Quarters area. At 4.5 feet, portions of the Havre de Grace Yacht Basin are flooded, along with Hutchins Park. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides two to two and a half feet above normal. The next high tide at Fort McHenry Baltimore is at 9:30 PM and 9:26 AM. The next high tide at Piney Point is at 4:40 PM and 5:13 AM. The next high tide at Point Lookout is at 4:02 PM and 3:58 AM. At 3.5 feet, water reaches the floor of the Maritime Museum in Annapolis, begins to cover Bowyer Road on the Naval Academy campus, and numerous businesses on Dock Street are flooded, along with the City Dock parking lot.
