Upper Delaware Bay. * Until midnight EDT. * At 1102 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located 9 nm southwest of Reedy Point, moving east at 20 knots. HAZARD. Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include. Pea Patch Island, Stony Point, and Reedy Point.

Flooding of much of the City Dock parking lot is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides one to one and a half feet above normal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at 5:58 AM.
