Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 127 PM PDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated redeveloping thunderstorms between Jean and Primm. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.75 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area as thunderstorms redevelop and move over the same area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Eastern Lucerne Valley and Johnson Valley.
