Detailed Description The flood warning continues for portions of the lower Ohio River affecting areas in Indiana. Kentucky. Illinois and Missouri. At Owensboro affecting Spencer and Daviess Counties At the Newburgh Dam affecting Spencer. Vanderburgh. Warrick. Daviess and Henderson Counties At Evansville affecting Posey. Vanderburgh. Warrick. Daviess and Henderson Counties At Mount Vernon affecting Posey. Vanderburgh. Henderson and Union Counties At the J.T. Myers Dam affecting Posey and Union Counties At Shawneetown affecting Gallatin. Hardin. Crittenden and Union Counties At Golconda affecting Hardin. Pope. Crittenden and Livingston Counties At Paducah affecting Massac. Pope. Livingston and McCracken Counties At the Brookport Dam affecting Massac and McCracken Counties At the Grand Chain Dam affecting Massac. Pulaski. Ballard and McCracken Counties At Cairo affecting Alexander. Pulaski. Ballard. Carlisle. Fulton. Hickman and Mississippi Counties .Water levels along the lower Ohio River are fluctuating this morning. At Owensboro and the Newburgh Dam levels are beginning to fall, with cresting or forecast cresting anticipated at all locations downstream. Minor flooding will continue at all locations. The Flood Warning continues for the Ohio River at Shawneetown. * until Monday April 27. * At 11 AM Sunday the stage was 42.2 feet. * Flood Stage is 33.0 feet. * Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast. * Forecast. The river will crest near 42.8 feet by Tuesday morning. * Impact. At 43.0 Feet. Several county roads are closed. &&
